Music, music, music. Being from the Caribbean islands, there's never a shortage of really great dancehall, reggae and soca music to keep me alert and focused. Stress relief in full effect.
I listen to music all day and take a brisk walk during lunch for about 10 min.
I de-stress by remembering a favorite passage from the Bible and meditating on it. When I take my attention from the problem at hand and dwell on the awesomeness of my Creator it always makes other things seem small!!!
I de-stress by taking pictures, or drawing on my sketchpad, my surroundings. It is amazing to see how often we miss the little daily details that make Baltimore great.
Prayer is a very important part of my life. I pray when I am stressed but I also pray when I am happy. After all God wants us to go to Him for advice, comfort, thankfulness, etc.

Passing by the Jesus statue every morning I quietly pray for peace, comfort and guidance for my day, as well as pray for all the other people that have left their prayers at His feet.
Prayer opens the door to "the peace that passes understanding" (ie It won't make sense to those without faith).
