I've gotten some help with my clutter and disorganization from Flylady.net.
I also lost 50 lbs with the Weight Watchers at Work program and have kept
it off for 18 months so far. We meet in Phipps 240 at 11 Am on Wednesday.
Hopkins will pay for half the cost of WW. Thanks Hopkins Wellnet!

My bad habit is eating sugar, especially when I'm stressed!
