Yoga 5 days a week,
Bike 7 days a week
Swim 2 times a week
Strength train 5 days a week 2 with a Personal Trainer
Walk several miles a day
Run 2 times a week
I am on Day 250. (TFG)Training For Greatness a personal challenge to complete an hour of daily exercise.
I practice yoga once or twice a week. I also belong to a competitive Irish rowing team. We row 3 x week in spring and summer. We also compete in regattas around the Northeast. Irish rowing is a great all around total body exercise.
I do super sets for a cardio work out as well, walking with Jogging worked in to raise my heart rate before weight lefting.
I do a yoga-pilates workout once a week and then for rest of the week do cardio-strength and endurance training in the form of swimming, TrX and spinning.
