Our Point of Care Coordinators spend time on the units with our clinical teams working out issues with glucometers and other point of care testing devices. This face time is invaluable as it creates bonds and builds trust between our front end users of the devices and our subject matter experts in pathology. Point of Care Coordinators contribute to patient safety and quality by being available for our clinical teams and education them on the use of the point of care devices.
