I greatly appreciate the health benefits, PTO and the 403B plan though increase in salary could be improved on.
Child tuition reimbursement
Health Benefits, 403B/pension, child tuition reimbursement, amount of PTO
1.Healthcare
2.Tuition for my children
3.403b contribution
4.Wage works
thank you very much
healthcare is the most important for me, then the tuition for kids and pension comes next, 403B match comes afterwards.
Tuition benefits for my children is the best and much appreciated!
Great healthcare is the most important benefit to me. I feel very fortunate during this time of chaos in the healthcare industry to have benefits. Thank you JHU! I am also very appreciative of the other benefits, pension, education, training, Wage Works, dental, vision. In general, I feel fortunate to have a great job and work with wonderful people!
Health benefits,403b (would be nice if you would match again) and pay increase or cost of living raise.
Tution reimbursement for my child has been very helpful. I have one child in college and another to go soon. The two most important to me at dependent tution reimbursement and healthcare.
healthcare and pension plan
pension plan
tuition reimbursement and dependent child reimbursement. 403B needs a match on the JHHS side. JHU are not the only ones that should benefit.
The Dependent Tuition Reimbursement is one of the best benefits for employees with kids. Of course, Pension and healthcare are very important! Would be great if the company could do a match on the 403B Plan.
Healthcare and retirement contributions.
Healthcare - and time off. I have no kids, so the tuition program is lost on me. I would like more options for the child-less employees.
tuition reimbursement and dependent tuition. Not a real fan of EHP
Healthcare & pension. Wellnet is very useful, too.
pension #1
healthcare #2
Definitely the tuition reimbursement benefit is incredibly important. Hopkins has allowed me to send my 3 daughters to the colleges of their choice and, I am hopeful, graduate with no college debt. And the 403b is outstanding; it provides me a lot of comfort as I approach retirement.
healthcare, including dental, dependent tuition reimbursement, discounts and paid time off.
When I first started at Hopkins, my primary interest was in the dependent tuition benefit. Shortly thereafter, I also took advantage of the tuition benefit to further my own education (something I hadn't really considered before starting work here). The healthcare benefit was always important to me, but less so when my husband was able to carry insurance for our family through his employer. As I near retirement, the pension becomes more and more important; my husband is carrying health insurance and my children have long since completed their education. Now if I could use my dependent education benefit to somehow help my grandchildren go to college, that would be a huge help.
Dependant tuition when my daughter was in college, pension, healthcare and ability to carry leave time forward for extended periods of time to keep a paycheck coming in should you need an extended medical leave. Lastly, short term disability has benefited me a few times over the last 30 yrs. Overall, I am happy with all of our benefits.
WIth two sons in private colleges, and a third getting ready to attend in 3 years, by far the most important to me is the dependent tuition program. I couldn't send them to these schools without the benefit for which I'm extremely grateful of Hopkins to offer us!
Tuition remission is far and away the most important benefit (which I wish was more extensive)
The tuition benefit has afforded me the opportuniy to complete my undergraduate studies this Spring and pursue graduate school Fall of 2014. Healthcare cost are below the average spending in a company this size which is Great!!!! Would like to see the compamy provide an incentive to those participants enrolled in the 403b program (1-2% dollar match) beginning at a certain number of service years.
Dependent tuition and healthcare benefits. It is also wonderful to be a part of something bigger. It feels great to make a difference every day!
At this time I have benefited the most from Health Insurance and dependent child tuition.
Healthcare, retirement and tuition reimbursement. I am enrolled in a MPH at University of Illinois at Chicago.
Dependent tuition, pension and health insurance.
The dependant child college tuition is the most important to me at this time.
The tuition grant program is hugely attractive for those of us with rapidly ascending offspring.
The 403b is also great, but used to be greater.
Lots of options in the healthcare packages.
Working in the same place with so many great brains - priceless.
The tuition grant program is by far the most important benefit to me and my family. With three kids in college, I need it more than any other benefit.
definitely the pension and the healthcare benefits are the most valuable and necessary
Healthcare and pension. Definitely not the salary increases!
Agree w/ Phil. With all I read and hear in news about healthcare plans it seems like we have a very good one compared to many businesses.
The 2 most important to me are the pension and healthcare!
