I recharge by watching my favorite TV show, read magazines, or eating chocolates.
LOL eat and read. lots of eating and lots of reading!
I recharge by going out for a run and taking the kids to the park to play. Also like playing tennis with my buddy and soccer with a group of friends.
Eat and Read.
Recharging is easy. If I'm not speaking with my hubby to and from work, which is most days, then it's the ample collection of music that takes me places far away from work. There's also the friends factor. Having a good group of friends is a blessing. I've really managed to leave work at the elevator, something I worked really hard at. When I get home I get busy with the kids then emerse myself into two of my favorite soap opera's.
A mile in the pool "unties all the knots".
I recharge by taking a hike and getting closer to nature. Then I come home and get lost in a good book.
I always look forward to "KICK-BACK" time with my husband at the end of the day. He waits for me to finally settle down and SIT on the sofa. We count 1-2-3 and hit the recline feature! Relax- recharge and reconnect!
To recharge after a long work week I listen to my favorite radio station Spirit 1400am .
I love going home & taking a little nap (assuming I can relax). Other than that, zone out watching tv - either the new shows coming out or oldies. Then at least every other weekend or sooner, go over my gf's and chill by eating crabs or cookout.
For me, delicious food and a pleasent sleep are the best way to recharge.
Take my dog for a long walk then rub her belly for an hour! haha
I love to get a massage or pedicure, but if my budget is too tight I also love cuddling on the couch with my dog and watching old movies on TCM!
I recharge by listening to great music on my subway ride home and by meditating daily.
