I LOVE Healthy at Hopkins!!!! I believe in the importance of providing care to and for ourselves as much as we care for our patients!

My most recent KUDOS is the!!! What an amazing app for perfect meal preparing!!!!! I absolutely love it and have told all my peers about the ease of use, the delicious meals and ready to shop list! I will continue to promote this site as a tool to create well balanced diverse meals, with easy prep and budgeting.

We all wear so many hats - as daughter/son, mother/father, sister/brother, boyfriend/girlfriend, friend, peer, mentor, caregiver, care provider...and on top of all this, ourself! We juggle our job, and meals (on the run!), families, projects, sports, events, friends and I enjoy the reminders and weekly check-ins for wellness! I also like the diversity of topics - like budgets!

I also like the wellness on-site checks. It is important for knowledge of our b/p and POC labs - to be proactive in our health.
