I read this and keep it in my walllet referring it to many who have achieved. The aurthor is unknown. "Success is measured by the obstacles you overcome"

One of the ways to measure success is by achieving one's personal, professional, and/or
team-oriented goals, with a sense of integrity and purpose.

A truly successful person is someone that helps others succeed. A successful manager has successful people under them. A successful team mate helps their team to be successful.
