Have you made a resolution to yourself to improve your health in 2015? If you haven't already made one, check out some of these healthy resolutions from the new Make a Health Promise section of the hopkinsmedicine.org website to help you stick to your goals for a healthier 2015:
- Take better control (blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes)
- Schedule an important screening (bone mass density, mammogram, colorectal health, heart checkup, skin checkup)
- Schedule a routine health exam (dental, vision, hearing, annual men’s/women’s checkup)
- Quit a bad habit (smoking, drinking alcohol, consuming sugary beverages)
