Being alone at night. My husband works 12-hr shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week (from 2 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.) and it's difficult to fall into sleep without being wrapped in his arms.

I worry about my mom who's ill with Parkinson's disease. It breaks my heart to hear her cry because there are times when it's really painful. I worry about my sister who's suffering with cancer of the blood and we just never know when we'll get that call. Being the one the family relies on to provide emotional support for both of their health situations can be stressful; some days are worse than others but having a supportive husband helps me alot.

If I am facing a problem or situation that creates anxiety (ie fear), I will worry about how to solve the problem. I will replay the scenario over and over in my mind.
