Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.
My motto is "this too shall pass" because everything has an expiration date on it. Along with that is "will this make a difference in 6 months? in a year? If not, don't spent a lot of time on it." And lastly, my life philosophy is "don't worry. Either do whatever you can to change things or let it go. Worry only wastes time and your peace of mind."
Kindness is a language the blind see and the deaf hear.
Awesome!!!
I'm not perfect, I'm being perfected
Just a few
1. Everything happens for a reason
2. Obstacles are what you see when you take your mind off your goals
3. Everything happens at the right time in God's time
4. Opportunities lost can't be regained; seize the moment
5. The only people who never fail at anything are those who don't try anything.
6. Happiness lies within, embrace it.
7. Be thankful for the small things; take time to smell the roses
"The hottest places in hell are reserved for, in times of moral crisis, those who maintain their neutrality". Paraphased from Dante's " Inferno".
Love Carla Gardner's comment....I believe the same.
Avoiding danger in the long run is now safer than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.
"Que sera sera"....whatever will be, will be.
Thy will be done.
"Give me the grace to accept with serenity the things that cannot be changed."

Love melts all blockages - Dr Zhi Gang Sha.
Karma is the record of service (good or bad). Karma is the root cause of all success and failure in life- Dr Zhi Gang Sha
Happy weekend to you and everyone reading
Try to treat everyone like you want to be treated. Also, do unto others....
Just do it! Nike adopted the best slogan of all time but I also strive to live every day by the secular version of the Golden Rule.
"Keep calm and carry on!"
All things, therefore, that you want men to do to you, you also must do to them. Matthew 7:12
Good
Better
BEST
Never let it rest, until your good is better and until your better is BEST.
1."Inhale calm. Exhale smile." (In the morning)
2. "Be cool." (throughout the day)
3. "Thank you. I love you." (before sleep)
This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. For me every day is a new day and I am glad to be a live!
Early to bed, early to rise -- makes a person healthy, wealthy(?), and wise.
No quarter- no surrender, no mercy.
These are my favorites:
"With God all things are possible"
If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.- John Quincy
Love your neighbor as you love yourself.
"Comes The Dawn" Author: Veronica A. Shoffstall
After a while you learn the subtle difference
Between holding a hand and chaining a soul,
And you learn that love doesn’t mean leaning
And company doesn’t mean security,
And you begin to learn that kisses aren’t contracts
And presents aren’t promises,
And you begin to accept your defeats
With your head up and your eyes open
With the grace of a woman, not the grief of a child,
And you learn to build all your roads on today,
Because tomorrow’s ground is too uncertain for plans,
And futures have a way of falling down in mid-flight.
After a while you learn
That even sunshine burns if you get too much.
So you plant your own garden and decorate your own soul,
Instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers.
And you learn that you really can endure...
That you really are strong,
And you really do have worth.
And you learn and learn...
With every goodbye you learn.
I love this!
I LOVE THIS TOO...THANKS FOR THE REMINDER
