Every woman should be able to know what it like to carry a child and give birth. You can feel them move and know that there is a little human being that you made inside.

I think each able bodied person should train for and cross the finish line of a 5K race. Running can bring such joy. Once you experience crossing a race finish line your life will be transformed.

Travel! Visit another country; you will appreciate what we have at home. Or, visit other states, there are wonderful places to see in our own country.

Go for YES!+ retreat. I stumbled upon this while being in my undergrad senior year and my life has been so different ever since. learn to laugh, smile, be happy, handle emotions and on top of that learn skills to be an exceptional leader.

Everyone should be able to gaze up at the Milky Way in a place with no light pollution. Sadly, very few will be able to do this in our current time.

Go camping. Leave the smart phone behind. Hike in the day, build a fire at night. Look at the stars, listen to the cicadas, talk.
